Lenka Nováková, with all her passion for language and teaching, works as an ELT consultant for Ventures Books. With a background in English and Czech philology from Palacký University, Lenka started teaching during her studies. Her career path led her through language schools, where she educated learners of various ages. Beyond traditional classroom settings, she ventured into corporate environments, leading courses for diverse companies. With experience teaching at both primary and secondary school, she gained insight into the issue of graduation leaving exam, inclusion, special educational needs and many others. At Ventures Books, Lenka provides guidance and support to English language teachers in utilizing educational resources, offering innovative and effective teaching materials and textbooks, and addressing challenges in the classroom.
